Stillborn would be treated, specimen wise as deceased, for aborted pumpkin, from the specimens that I've seen, I would have conclude that either this pumpkin was a partial birth or a unsub from a decapitation, kept as a trophy by a serial pumpkin slayer.
Just showed my mothers maid your pumpkins. She thinks the butt is the one.
