SC6 Takes You Inside My 40th Birthday Party...

Nice Tongue, Mike... Guess This Slice Is Mine.....

Gene Simmons, eat your heart out !! Tonight, my friends threw a party to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was nice... Ice Cream Cake, Burgers and Hot Dogs, music , and a few laps in the pool - just like when I was a kid. Most importantly, there was a nice collection of friends there to celebrate.

It had been a while since i saw some of them, the biggest surprise easily being the appearance of my ex-wife. She's married to a buddy I used to work with, and we get along fine, so it was no problem at all.... Too bad I couldn't swing a meeting between her and Ms. X - it would have been classic ! Maybe for my 50th birthday......

This week, I have been stunned by the amount of people who can't believe I'm 40, so I will pass on my secrets for staying young looking. I only have two: act immature, and Just for Men to get rid of those pesky grays.... Aside from that, I guess I have good genes.....

Here's some of the action....

Our host Chris, manning the burgers....

Joe and Bobby, betting on when I'll leave for the Trophy Club. See, I have black friends too....

Me sporting my Baby Huey hairdo, with Adam - my ex's new husband..

I'm glad you had a great time with friends! You summer babies piss me off, lol.
All I get is dinner during a snow or rain storm on my birthday.

  5. I think we're still working on the party on the lake when Moye gets back.

Sorry Earl, I just didn't think of asking you to drive all the way from Summerville for a two hr. party.

It was good, but nothing on the level of the grad. party you had.
