Maybe Hillary Won't Be Obama's VP Choice.

A little while back, we told you that Hillary Clinton would be Barack Obama's Vice-Presidential pick at this month Democratic Convention. The theory is that a Vice-Presidential choice is a no-win situation. If Obama picks Tim Kaine, Jim Webb or Joe Biden, he won't gain any votes, maybe just holding serve. However, if he will lose a few points by not picking Clinton. Obama apparently does not agree.......

While Team Obama hasn't officially taken her off the list, it seems that word has gotten around in Democratic circles that Hillary is out. Even some groups devoted to making Hillary VP have given up.. VoteBoth.com, a website who's sole job was to recruit Clinton as VP, has closed shut their doors. Why? Because, as they said, "Clinton is no longer under consideration."

A main reason for this decision was Obama's tapping Clinton as keynote speaker. The keynote address is given by a member to give the party's opinions on the issues - but that person is never a candidate. So, if she is the keynote speaker, she must not be part of the ticket. From now on, you can call her Hillary Clint-not.
