Town to Rename Itself After Dee Snider of Twisted Sister ??!!

This sounds like a story that should be on Earl Capps' blog, but we beat him to the punch for once - at least we think we did... This is a True Story. This Saturday, Cridersville, Ohio will change it's name to Sniderville for good. OK, we lied - it's only for one day.

Yep, the Twisted Sister frontman, aka Uncle Howdy, will be given the honor during the Bikers For Babies charity drive from Lima to Cridersville. Snider is the national chairman of BFB, so the honor seems quite fitting to us. No word yet if Snider will perform 'I Wanna Rock' ..... Get it? ROCK? BABIES? Rock a Bye, Baby? Eh, what you know from funny, ya Bastards !!!!!

Dee is one of the good guys in Rock - just ask Tipper Gore - and it was actually his accidental idea for the name change. A listener of his 'House of Hair' radio show called in from Cridersville, and Snider suggested the name change. Our guess is the event came out of that joke... Kudos to Dee, and enjoy the ride....
