The worst kept secret is out at last. Today, Attorney General Henry McMaster officially announced his candidacy for Govenor of South Carolina. No this is no big secret.... In fact, the most new newsworthy event related to it that I can think of is that it pretty much cements that Alan Wilson will soon announce that he is running to succeed McMaster, if he hasn't already.....
That's about it, because we hate rehashing stuff that we've discussed previously, and all the Columbia-based guys love doing that anyway... Welcome to the Jungle, Henry! We'll skip the G 'n R YouTube clip... too cliche' .

Every day this election cycle resembles Wrestlemania. You have to wonder who will be "the man"; who will be the "heartbreak kid" and who is the "dead man walking"?...teg
I like Henry. I hope to get him back again in Clarendon. I will not publicly endorse anyone yet. This is going to be an interesting race.
