This was by far the toughest week so far to pick one. Lots of them were Halloween related, so we've got some time for those. There sure were a lot of good, smartass cartoons this week, but the top story by far was the Balloon Boy story, so we chose this cartoon - before Balloon Boy's fifteen minutes are up.
