Terns, Terns, Terns ........ Yep, hundreds of them, spinning around like a tornado. If you have never been attacked by a tern, then you have never been near a turn. They are on eof the prettiest birds you'll ever see: white body with black on the back parts of their wings, and a sharp orange beak. Best of all, they fly , dive and spin sharper than any bird I ever saw.....
But they are nasty and aggressive. I had one make a run at me as I took this picture, and I was 100 yards away. If Hannibal Lecter had taken that offer of Clarice's, he'd probably not feel so kind towards her. Terns, Terns, Terns....
