I Wish I Had a Senate Seat Waiting When I Get Back From Iraq.
Things are getting pretty ugly in the Senate with the Democrats. While they spend an entire year talking about how they are trying to make everything 'fair' in America, things seem quite the opposite. While a few of them have moved up from the Senate to Barack Obama's cabinet, they are being succeeded by - not the most qualified - but by their kids.
Since Obama will be giving up his Senate seat, the odds on favorite all along has been Jesse Jackson Jr., son of - insert whatever Jesse Jackson has done here - Jesse Jackson. Now, word is that Joe Biden's Senate seat will be temporarily be taken by an assistant, until Biden's son Beau returns from Iraq, and takes his spot. Judging by this logic, there can be only one other assumption to be made: say hi to Senator Chelsea Clinton !!!!
Yeah, Beau is Attorney General of Delaware, so it's not like he's going from working at the family restaurant to Senator, but to hear them continually try to bullshit us into thinking that he's 'earning' this and 'paying his dues' is pretty insulting. If you thought that George W. Bush got everything, then you should feel no differently about this, no matter what your political affiliation.....
So, when is Jim Clyburn's daughter getting his seat?

She'd best hope that comes before she chairs FCC and takes the blame, despite all the DTV ads and vouchers, for most all of SC 6's TV sets not working...
