Today's Founders Quote: The Feeble Engines of Despotism

"The flames kindled on the 4th of July 1776, have spread over too much of the globe to be extinguished by the feeble engines of despotism; on the contrary, they will consume these engines and all who work them."

- Thomas Jefferson, in a letter to John Adams, 1821.

True, America was the road map for democracy and freedom.  Where we once all were captives of a king or dictator, the formation of the US cleared a 'how to' path that spread across the world.... and continues today.  One flame that we don't think will burn out is the 'Hot' Carly Foulkes, aka The T-Mobile Girl.  Anyone that makes Catherine Zeta-Jones almost go looney by taking her job MUST be smokin' !!
