In case you missed the news this week, Pizza has been officially categorized as one serving of vegetables. Apparently, tomato paste sitting on top of dough, slathered in cheese, is the same as a real tomato. Guess they're focusing on the positive.... What next - classifying Apple Butter as a Fruit?
