Gubernatorial Candidate Hits Florence Up ...
Thursday will be the monthly meeting of the Florence County GOP. The main speaker will be Congressman and candidate for Governor, Gresham Barrett. In case you were wondering, yes - the phone calls have ceased from Barrett's staffers to my cellphone at work. Thanks for caring.... Depending on who you listen to, Barrett is a guest of State Representative or Hugh Leatherman's arch enemy. Either way, it is Kris Crawford. The speakers begin at 7:00PM, and a free buffet (as far as I know, it's free...) begins a bit earlier. Come early, because last month's meeting was SRO. See you at the Ramada Inn on Hwy 76 and I-95, aka Young's Plantation....

Man has Joe got that party coming out for the meetings. I am very proud of the new Florence party.
