Bobby is in Pennsylvania today, and yes, he was there for Groundhog Day. Of course, Phil saw his shadow, so there'll be six more weeks of winter - starting today. From Bob's reports it is 25 degrees, with 30-40 MPH winds. Brrrrr !!!
