Pretty easy to understand this one, isn't it? Funny thing.. We have all these agencies to watch and regulate the American people, but it seems the most abuses of power come from inside DC itself. Who is watching them - us? Who has time to do that? One thing we don't mind overseeing is Kelly Kelly... We remember there being a character on some TV show named Kelly Kelly, but it's not coming to us. If you know, please leave a comment, so the headache we're getting from it will go away...
