I think I've gone into detail about how bad things seem to happen to those whom I associate with. Some are correct, some aren't - like Les Paul, who I didn't kill. It looks like the Reino Curse has struck again - but maybe it's not so bad afterall.....
You may remember a post a little way back, we talked about Jamie Simpson, the supercute spokesperson for Hudson Nissan and consultant of TBS' 'Movie and a Makeover'. She's on my MySpace friends list (cool), and I was going across my list, when the picture above came on screen...
It appears that little Jamie is VERY , VERY pregnant !! Sure, I'm sure it's great news, and she definitely has that 'expectant glow'. But, me being the practical idiot that I am, all I can think is 'She's wrecking her career!!". Maybe that's why i never had kids.... I'm still waiting for everything to be right to have one, which never happens. Either that, or it's because I'm still on my own.
Congrats to Jamie, and best wishes to her and the baby.... I still think you're wrecking your career, but I guess it's for a good reason. ;)

It's somewhat funny that your giving yourself credit "Reino curse" that a smokin hot TV host got pregnant. But "wrecking your career" thats very 1950's of you. I guess its time for her to hang up the TV gig and get in the kitchen and make dinner right?
Well, I can tell you I didn't impregnate her. That I know for sure.
I'm a little confuseed on the 1950's comment. If I were a neaderthal Ozzie and Harriet guy, I'd be glad she's domesticated. But I am worried about her career, which I think shows my lack of a Cro-Magnon attitude.
I've been on her MySpace, and her husband's a 'musician', so no doubt she brings home the bacon - which is cool with me. If she's got the $$ to handle all that , more power to her ! Time to crawl back into my cave... ;)

No doubt about that, Rhino. Jamie is a true Southern Beauty.
Just saw one of the Nissan spots. They stay tight on her face and don't give any wider shot than just above the bustline on those head and shoulders shots, so a few camera tricks keep the bump off teh screen.
Those camera people can be sneaky. They can hide her baby bump, but they can't hide my second chin? Guess she is a better canvas to work with.
