Paul Begala Takes the High Road...

Funny, I Didn't See Him There at All....

Former Clinton team member Paul Begala has never been a very classy guy. He likes to think of himself as being tough, but actually he is the wimpy kid in the corner that talks smack all day long, but you don't bother kicking his ass because he's not worth the effort. Like Me.......

Begala's latest verbal assualt came this week , when he called a group of people at a GOP fundraiser "Dirtbags"to a group of Democratic Party fundraisers. "You should have seen the joint: wall to wall fat-cats. The limos were lined up around the block. If you stood in the middle of the room and yelled "hey dirtbag", a thousand necks would have snapped around."

Now, don't expect me to sit here and overly defend a bunch of guys who are millionaires, but the truth is that there are Democratic fat-cat dirtbags just as much as GOP dirtbags. Actually, I doubt many of them are dirtbags, but I'm guessing Begala really wanted to call them scumbags, but was afraid. They are probably equally dirt or scumbags.

It's another case of the Democrats just trying to paint the GOP as the Grand Oil Party, as he likes to call them, when there are special interests that the Dems cater to just as much, that do just as much damage to the progress and fabric of this country as Big Oil has. Unions and the NEA come to mind of the top of my head.....

Paul, you are exactly what you called the GOP - a big , whiny crybaby. Stick to critiques that aren't so hypocritical, and maybe SOMEONE will listen to you.

With all the flippin oils stock Al Gore inherited from his dad's (double) dealings, before ethics panels and Lloyd Bentsen's petro dollars someone has either the unmitigated gall or plans on that being one of the big lies sold via CNN et al, bagman Begala calls the GOP the Grand Oil Party?

Tell em Mikey.

It is pretty nice here for July in SC. Less humid. No wonder the murder rate is so high there. Heat makes people crazy.
