Always the Low Price... Including Junk.

It's a Nintendo DS... Don't Ask Me What It Does...

A friend's son used to call Wal-Mart 'The World's Greatest Rental Store'. Yeah, their return policy is pretty liberal. For honest people like you and me, it works out okay for them. But, not everyone is as honest as we are. Jodi Wykle of Florida found that out....

Recently, Wykle bought a Nintendo DS Box for her son, and he was very excited when he unwrapped the box. But, when he opened it, there was a surprise inside... No, there wasn't Anthrax or a snake inside - just a small pile of rocks and a Chinese newspaper....

Wykle brought it back for an exchange, but the local Wally World declined to refund it, and they referred her to Nintendo. Nintendo did the same, which left Wykle in lurch , carrying around a $138 box of rocks.... But, thanks to Wykle's perserverance, she eventually did convince Wal-Mart to come to their senses, and ralize that they got screwed by their return policy, and their own employee's ineptitude. Refund granted...

In the meantime, if you're in Florida, and you see a Chinese kid with a Nintendo DS walking around with an empty bag of rocks......

What, they're expecting Mike's sterling customer service from Wallyworld? OY! Beats the $140 street corner DS-i special box of rocks.

This kind of happened to Sumter at the Moncks Corner store. He got to Greeleyville and the item was not in the box. He eventually convinced them that it was not in there. Seems he got a returned item that was not returned buying it for new.
