Cartoon of the Week ... Job Creation ?

And this week, the cartoonists come back down to Earth.... No doubt that the State of the Union address was the week's top story, so we chose that. Most of them were pretty unimaginitive, so we picked the one that was the funniest, and possibly the most true. We'll see..........
