Gee, That's Really Going Out On Limb There, Mr. Chairman ....

For as vague as a current Federal Reserve Chairman seems to be with his projections, it appears that it doesn't get any more specific - or daring - after they leave. Ask Alan Greenspan....
Greenspan, who nowadays spends most of his time split between second guessing the decisions of the guy whom he groomed, and banging NBC reporter Andrea Mitchell, was asked this week what he felt the job market's future was. Greenspan put on his Swami hat, which makes him look slightly less like Woody Allen's father, and predicted the following.....
Unemployment would pass 10% nationally, and stay there for a undetermined, but significant period of time. WOW !! Considering that it's already 9.8% and rising, I suppose he'll get that one right. Kinda like driving 55 MPH with the pedal floored, and predicting that you'll hit 60 MPH eventually...
