Metallica Assists In Helping Find Lost Fan .

Band Offers $50,000 Reward For Help In Finding Missing Va. Tech Student ......
Normally, I don't post things like this, but there's always a chance that one of you guys might be able to help in this case, so I thought I'd try... Metallica has added a $50,000 bonus to a reward pool being raised by the family of a Virginia Tech student who was last seen at one of the band's concerts recently....
20 year old Morgan Harrington was last seen at the band's October 17th show in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is a student at Virginia Tech, and she was last seen wearing a black Pantera shirt, black skirt and black boots. No, it's not a lot to go on, but it helps. Her family has already raised $100,000 on it's own, so Metallica's donation raises the total to $150,000 for any assistance in locating her.
Why do I have this on my blog? Well, the drive from Blacksburg to Charlottesville is probably close to two hours, so there is a wide swath of where she could be. Also, and more importanly, Metallica had a show in Charlotte the day after that, so there is a chance that she hooked up with some people and ended up in Charlotte - where some of you guys may have been. Yeah, it's a longshot, but funnier things have happened....
Friends are asking to check your photos and videos of the shows, and see if anyone matching that description was there. For more info, you can go to www.findmorgan.com.
