Win $10,000 - And Raise Money to Honor a Hero

Could you use an extra $10,000 ? Now that we've got your attention, were taking a minute to let you know how, if you're lucky, you can win sizable dough legally - and more importantly - raise scholarship money in the name of a Florence County Sheriff's Deputy who gave his life in the line of duty.
The Joey Rodgers Scholarship Foundation is raising money for academic scholarships in the area by having a drawing for a $10,000 grand prize. The drawing will be held November 6th , 700 PM at Marshall's Marine in Lake City. The tickets are $100 each, and they are limited to 250 total. It is an elimination drawing, so the last five will have an option to split the money evenly. The message I got doesn't say one way or another, but I'd assume the donations are tax deductible.
More importantly, you'll be honoring the memory of Joey Rodgers, who was killed in the line of duty in 1997. Thanks to Dana Moody Shriver, who was Rodgers' fiancee at the time of his passing, for letting us know about the fundraiser. If you would like to donate, or find out more about the Foundation, here is he website address, or you can search 'In Honor of Joseph (Joey) C. Rodgers 168' on Facebook ......

I remember Joey from Goat Island days with Dana and her parents. Let us all support this most worthy cause.
