Even MSNBC's Had Enough Of Keith Olbermann.

Ol-Bama-mann Loses His Anchor Gig .....

If you watched MSNBC's coverage of the conventions the last couple weeks, you may have noticed a lack of non-partisanship in their coverage. Even NBC noticed some of the antics going on at the cable news channel, and they took action.

The dropped both Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann as hosts of the nightime political wrapup on the station. They will be replaced by David Gregory, NBC's former White House correspondent. While Matthews may be a little partisan, his act is nothing compared to Olbermann's smartass routine.

Olbermann was a total asshole during the GOP convention, yelling at Pat Buchanan, criticizing his own network for airing a Sept. 11th themed video made the GOP, and lastly, getting caught yelling into an open mic, saying "Jesus, Joe (Scarborough), why don't you get a shovel?" when Scarborough was discussing John McCain's gathering of momentum... By the end, the MSNBC anchors were arguing with each other - not a good side.

On an interview with Jon Stewart, NBC anchor Brian Williams got slammed incessantly by Stewart. "Is there no control on that channel? Is it Lord of the Flies over there? Why is MSNBC like the Lohans?" Stewart asked..

While you might think that no one is watching cable news, rest assured, the Big Brass watches - especially when your network's name is on the Channel Name. NBC put it's foot right down on top of Matthews and Olbermann. Enjoy the rest of the campaign on the sidelines, guys...

No doubt about it, like refusing to acknowlege the fight between Micheal Moore and Ted KEnnedy over the last freebie Krispy Kreme doughnut in Denver.

credit to Laura Ingraham for the doughnut story.

For now. He has those Barack Obama interviews still. After that, he should be out the door, and on as a guest commentator for Gregory...
