SC6 Pulls the Milton Waddams Award Out for a Special Dummy....

Milton's Got a Red Stapler For a Certain Jackass Congressman.....

No, it's not Jim Clyburn. If I gave him a Milton, he'd have me name it after him, no doubt.... For those of you newer to SC6, the Milton Waddams Award is after the loveable loser from 'Office Space', bu tit is given usually to an unlovable idiot for doing something very stupid. This week, Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (R-Ga.) made me get the stapler out of the mothballs for the first time in close to two years - but he deserves it....

There have been lots of people who have used iffy terms to describe Barack Obama. Joe Biden called him articulate and clean. Clean ? Whatever. Guess that means he doesn't smell like Chicken Soup. Obama made him his VP choice, so I suppose he didn't take offense. Then Rep. Geoff Davis (R-Ky) refferd to Obama as 'that boy'. Calling a black man 'boy' is a pretty stiff insult, but it passed. Then came Westmoreland........

He was asked to compare Sarah Palin with Michelle Obama, an I'll just give you the quote directly... "Just from what little I've seen of her and Mr. Obama, Sen. Obama, they're a member of an elitist-class individual that thinks they're uppity." He was fine until he said the U-word. You want to piss off any black person , call them 'uppity', because you know the word that always comes after it. It starts with a N.

Now, Obama is not uppity... Uppity is a term that refers to someone as disrespectful and arrogant in a rude manner. Obama has a tinge of arrogance, but not in a rude sense - most politicians are arrogant to a degree. But what the hell was Westmoreland thinking? It makes me wonder how idiots like him get into Washington in the first place. We have a hard enough job running against Obama to not have the sensible comments not viewed in a racist manner. Morons like this guy do not make the job any easier.

Rep. Westmoreland, the stapler is on the way - and I'm gonna use it on your big mouth. Doofus !!
