Ratzilla !!!

Bones of 2000 Pound Rodent Unearthed in Uruguay
We've all heard of Hogzilla........ get ready for Ratzilla! Archaeologists in Uruguay forund the bone from this monster in 1987, but it sat in a box until earlier this year, and researchers figured out exactly what they had.
Ratzilla isn't actually a rat, but a rodent in the porcupine or guinea pig - try keeping that sucker in a cage. It's scientific name is Josephoartigasia monesi, so I guess you can just call him Joe. They think they were around the earth about 4 million years ago, and they were prey for sabretooth tigers.
It's amazing that the Earth had gigantic beasts like these roaming around before we got here. Here's a link to a little film of the critter....

rattus clintonicus, still known to inhabit Arkansas. Known to be used symbiotically by parasites that play to its narcissism. Also observed, in some lingua franca, to be a convenient "beard".

To quote either John Dean III or a charachter from Bananas in Pajamas, "Trust me, I'm a rat".

It is disputable that Reepicheep, of Narnia is an example of the r. clintonicus, more likely to be akin to tha capabara, given its actual spine and willingness to engage mano a mano in bloodshed, rathern than r. clintonicus tendency to passive aggressively use symbiont surrogates.

but I have digressed in my opinons here.

It may be the reason Jim is endorsing Obama after the debate... it looks like it could have Slick's goofy smile.
