With the American Auto Industry being thoroughly down the crapper for the last few years, people are trying to cash out ASAP, and get out of there. So, the real estate market is in absolute free fall. How bad is it? How about a house for $1.75???
Yep, a woman from Chicago bought a place in Saginaw , Michigan for about the price of a McDonald's Iced Cappucino. Truth be known, it will be slightly more than that. The current owner owes $850 in back taxes and cleanup costs. Still, not a bad deal overall - if they can ever sell it. Maybe that Iced Cappucino was a better investment.......
